Northern California Career Development Conference (Nor Cal CDC) - Jan 11-13, 2008 at the San Ramon Marriott
The Regional Fall Career Development Conferences are held annually to give students a chance to develop their competitive skills. Between 800 to 1,000 DECA members will attend this regional conference. There are workshops for students as well as advisors, keynote speakers, networking opportunities and much more. These conferences are definitely a highlight of the year!
California State Career Development Conference--March 6-9, 2008 in Irvine, California at the Marriott.
It is here that DECA members will compete to earn the right to attend the International Career Development Conference!
International Career Development Conference--April 26-30, 2008 in Atlanta, GA. The International Career Development Conference (ICDC) is the highlight of the DECA year! Fourteen thousand students, advisors, business members and alumni gather for several days of DECA excitement!!! Most participants are at ICDC to compete in one of DECA's competency based competitive events. The top competitors in each event are recognized for their outstanding achievements. Over $250,000 in scholarships will be awarded!
